Who we are
This site is run by TODA Ventures (Pty) Ltd t/a binab.io, the responsible party under POPIA (the Protection of Personal Information Act). Questions, corrections and complaints go to yehuda@toda.ventures and get answered by a person.
What we collect on this site
Five things: your name, your WhatsApp number, your business name, the answers you give in the 90-second check or any form here, and usage events (which pages you view and which buttons you press). That is the whole list. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers; usage events go to our own analytics only.
Why we collect it
To score your check and show you the result, to contact you on WhatsApp about your result or your setup, and to see which pages work so we can fix the ones that do not. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone else.
Consent
We contact you only if you tick the consent box, and the box is never pre-ticked. Submitting a form here is explicit consent for the purpose stated next to that form, nothing wider. Reply "stop" on WhatsApp or email us, and contact stops.
How long we keep it
In plain language: we keep your details while we are actually talking to you, or while you hold an account. When the conversation is over and nothing came of it, we delete the record. Ask sooner and we delete sooner; one message is enough.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email yehuda@toda.ventures and it gets done. If we ever let you down on this, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
